Complaint Update

  A pretrial conference has been scheduled for April 24, 2024 at 2:00 p.m. at the Putnam Circuit Court in the matter of In Re: Heritage Lake Property Owners Association, Inc.  Cause No. 67CO1-2401-MI-000011.  All Heritage Lake property owners and interested citizens may attend the pretrial conference.  The purpose of the conference is to set a schedule for the case and discuss matters outlined in Rule 16 of the Indiana Rules of Civil Procedure.
