HLPOA Covenant Court Complaint

As you all know there has been a complaint filed with Putnam County Courts to visit and change our voting rules from the original Covenants.

The complaint filed with Putnam County is scheduled to be heard on October 23, 2024 at 9:00am at The Putnam County Court House. Below is the Preliminary Witness and Exhibits List filed with the Court.
