Pool Hours for the remaining of the season
August 28th - 31st: 11am - 8pm
September 1st: Noon - 8pm
September 2nd: 11am - 8pm
A & E Rules Addition: In preparation of any construction on undeveloped lots property owners must have a staked survey performed by a licensed surveyor prior to 1. Removing trees and vegetation or 2. Grading the property.
Marina Hours of Operation
Starting September 3rd the Marina will be open from 9am - 6pm daily. October 13th will be the last day the Marina is open for the season.
Firewood : the POA will continue to have seasoned dry firewood for sale. Cost is $50.00 per rick for pick up, and $60.00 per rick for delivery. This is for Heritage Lake residents only. Call the office at 765-386-7447 to schedule pick-up or delivery.
