***During the months of March and April only, the POA office hours are as follows:   Monday – Thursday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Friday & Saturday 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.   The POA office accepts cash, check, debit or credit. You can also call and pay with a debit or credit card over the phone. (3% charge for credit)

Assessments will be mailed out by the middle of February. If you do not receive an invoice by March 1st, feel free to contact the POA office. Assessments are due April 1, 2026 and late fees will apply May 1, 2026.
