The Fall Wine Fest will take place on September 19th at the Rozelle Center (formerly Activity Center) from 7:00pm - 9:00pm.

The Car Show will take place on September 19th in the Clubhouse parking lot from 10:00am - 3:00pm.

The Clean Sweep will take place at the Maintenance building from 8:00am - 2:00pm.

Starting on Tuesday, September 8th, the Marina will be open from 9:00am - 6:00pm.

We are excited to announce that Heritage Lake Property Owner's Association is now accepting an online payment option for assessments! Visit our website at hlpoa.us and click on "make payment" tab on the home screen. You will need to have your account number and lot number ready, which can be found on your POA card.

Assessments will be mailed out by the middle of February. If you do not receive an invoice by March 1st, feel free to contact the POA office. Assessments are due April 1, 2026 and late fees will apply May 1, 2026.
