2025 Annual Assessments

The 2025 Annual Assessments have been mailed out to all members, and they should arrive in the mail this week. Assessments are $313.00 per lot. Assessments are due on or before April 1, 2025; late fees apply.
Assessments can be paid in person during office hours, by mail, over the phone by card, or by drop box located at the entrance of the POA Office.
If you already have your Photo POA Card, it will be automatically updated for the year once your payment is received.
If you have never got your Photo POA Card please stop by the office to get one. This card is required to access the pool, marina, lake, beaches, and all common property.
