2024 POA Maintenance Assessments are Due ! To avoid late fees, assessments must be paid BEFORE May 1st.
Payments can be made over the phone by card; or stop by the office to pay with cash, check, or card. There is a drop box located at the front door of the Clubhouse.
It's garage sale time again. HLNAC will be accepting sale donations this week in the lower level of the Clubhouse. The Community Garage Sales are May 2nd, 3rd, & 4th. Be sure to be extra cautious driving through Heritage Lake during this time. Don't forget to stop by the Clubhouse Lower Level during the sales.
Stop by the POA Office or Marina to cast your vote for your favorite design to appear on lake committee merchandise.
Voting Ends May 8th at 10am.
